About Me
I have been drawing my whole life and was sketched into this world in May of ’84, pen in hand. I am Japanese, born in Tokyo and bring my bi-lingual gifts to the drawing table. My mother was a fashion designer and her DNA drives my creative passions. I studied art and design at the University level in Michigan, majoring in digital media and web design while interning at an innovative website design outfit.
Back to Tokyo for a stint designing magazine ads, panels, calendars, and much more where my zeal for videos manifested itself. My focus switched to motion graphics; I eat and sleep and dream motion graphics (in color and black and white)! My After Effects skills illuminated the possibilities of animation in motion graphic design. I love to learn and live with the certain knowledge that more will be revealed!
